Initiate Your Request
Log into your Elovelle account or visit our Returns Center with your order number and email address to start the process.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from your email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
